Humans, a versatile, expansive, innovative, and territorial kindred, have inhabited Prismatia for thousands of years. Known for their diverse talents and skills, they have significantly advanced in areas such as art, technology, civics, engineering, and philosophy. Initially scattered in tribes with nomadic lifestyles, humans in recent centuries have surpassed other Prismatian kindred in building and exploration.
Physically, humans exhibit extensive diversity, encompassing all body types and features. While their social structures are not based on these diversities, they sometimes display an aversion to other kindred and can be warlike.
The exact origins of humans remain unknown. Speculations range from the great God Rillifane attempting to create the “perfect” creature to the legend of the All-Mother sculpting them from soil and clay, with Dahglah, the God of winds, giving them breath. Furthermore, it is said that Conleth, the mighty forge god, crafted the human heart, with a single drop of blood from Grainia, the goddess of War, falling into the forge, forever imbuing humans with a nature of constant contestation.
